We recommended coming in makeup free, if possible. If not, we can take care of it once you arrive. We also recommend detangling hair to the best of your ability before service begins.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept clients with braids, dreadlocks or tape in hair extensions due to the nature of the service. Our head spa experience is suitable for hand tied extensions, but we do ask that you make us aware of this before services begin.

We accept all major credit cards! We require 50% of total at time of booking. The remaining balanced is not charged until checkout. We can also take cash at that time, as well.

No, gratuity is not included in your total. We strive for all our client's to be 100% satisfied (and relaxed!), so you can choose the amount of gratuity your service provider receives. We accept gratuity via credit card or cash.

Appointments must be cancelled 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

Appointments not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of their service fee.
